Kloovenburg may be the oldest estate in Swartland, but owner Pieter du Doit is tearing up the rulebook, creating innovative blends with lesser-known grape varieties. This classic Rhône blend (Grenache and Shiraz) is left on its skins for a full week after fermentation and aged for 14 months in the barrel. All this effort brings a rich cocktail of red berries, forest floor and sweet spices to your glass.
