Espolón is produced at the San Nicolas Distillery in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico. The tequila brand was created in 1998 and was first exported to the United States in 2000. After a three-year hiatus, the spirit was reintroduced to the US market in 2009.
The harmonious bouquet and brilliant golden color are due to the attentive and painstaking production process of Espolon Reposado Tequila. With Tequila aging in mind, our white-oak barrels have been carefully designed and constructed to house the spirit for six months, giving it a balance of agave and mild wood flavors.
